Rosie (who is on the left) is Lizzie's mother. Rosie
is 16 years old and Lizzie is 15. A friend found
Rosie and her six newborns in a garbage
Dumpster, huddled together in a cardboard box. Imagine,
someone had actually thrown them away! Being the softy
that I am, I took them all in. They
thrived and grew and when the kittens were two months
old, I placed five of them in homes—but not before
putting potential "parents" through
a very rigorous interview process! I kept Rosie and
the runt of the
litter, Lizzie. It's quite obvious that Lizzie no longer
is a runt!
